With the development of our society and the popularization of mechanical equipment automation, many enterprises have automatic electrostatic spray guns. Mastering these techniques will make your electrostatic spraying more efficient:
1. Adjust the optimal spraying air pressure according to different atomization technology spray guns;
2. Set the paint flow to maximum. If the paint output is too large, try not to move the needle too far forward to avoid premature wear of the needle;
3. When holding the spray gun, the nozzle should be perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece to be sprayed;
4. When moving the spray gun, its trajectory should remain parallel to the spraying surface. The spraying distance varies depending on the type of spray gun used;
5. During spraying, move your entire arm across the surface of the workpiece, keeping the wrist straight and avoiding a curved trajectory to prevent uneven color and thickness of the coating;
6. Trigger the spray gun at the beginning of each spraying stroke and release the trigger before the end of each spraying stroke;
7. Depending on the type of paint, the overlap range of the spray width is between 1/3 to 1/2.
